“Spectacular and friendly customer service. An absolute gem of a store with such a varied selection of items across all categories. They carry everything you could possibly need, but they don't try to carry everything ever invented. Of you have a question just ask one of the meant helpful staff or a member of the pharmacy team. A true value to the community>which they serve. No wonder I ran into people that said they drove miles just to come to this pharmacy. The service and the smiles is worth the trip. You feel like family, at Murphy's.”

“I’ve been using this location for the store and pharmacy since 2005, this is my go to place for anything from milk, eggs, birthday cards etc. this post is more about the pharmacy though, there great, fast and very helpful, recently I had a billing issue with my Insurance provider, (not the first either) this time Jackie was there to help, I feel she went above and beyond to ensure further transactions do not have the same issues again, miscommunication and perhaps a computer were to be at fault the last time and she has circumvented the old system to make sure my medication is ready for pick up the day it should be without any delays. Definitely recommend this shoppers location, all the pharmacy staff are top notch”

“Today I had to visit the walk-in clinic and to be honest I really wasn’t looking forward to it as the last I had heard you have to wait outside for up to 2 hours and I was feeling miserable. Well, to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The clinic was open when I got there a little after 6AM and there were only a few people there. Maria, who was registering patients and managing the clinic was absolutely amazing!! I got my number and waited to be registered, when she registered me she didn’t ask “why are you seeing the doctor”? A question that always seemed unnecessary, as you would tell her in front of a room full of patients! She said it will be about 8 AM. before you see the doctor so just be back for that time!!!! Thank you Maria for using common sense and treating people with care and empathy.

“Just want to say what an exceptional employee Dana is. I live in Stratford but always go to Shoppers in Charlottetown because of Dana. I don’t know her personally just from meeting her at Shoppers.. She is Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and kind. She listens to you and always has good information.
