“Brought our new snowblower in (Only used 3 times) for an auger belt replacement; 2 days ago. My husband dropped in to see if it could be looked at. Wayne was very helpful and wrote up a work order after we dropped it off. Picked it up today and got it home. Rolled it off the truck and started it up. Put it in reverse (no problem) then in F1 and pop!! The drive cable broke. Drove it back on the truck very carefully as it was now in the fastest speed. Brought it back and Wayne saud he would take care of it. Unfortunately, no fault of his...the cable has to be ordered and there is a delay coming in from Ont. So I ordered 2 cables. This way if it happens again (which is possible as it is a common occurrence)...we'll be ready.Great customer service especially for 2 newbies to the country living and snowblowers. Covid-19 protocol is strictly followed as well, which was great to see.”
