I special ordered a fridge to fit in a tiny house. It was a rather unique appliance and I had a bit of a difficult time finding this particular one. These guys were super easy to deal with from the start of the process to the delivery. Top-notch communication and very easy to deal with!

Can't say enough about our experience at Beck's. From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Steve to the final delivery, we were very happy. In store, Steve was very friendly, obviously well educated in their products and super helpful from start to finish. We received our recliners that same week and even their delivery guys were thoughtful, friendly and very efficient. We highly recommend Beck's and will purchase here again, without hesitation.

After going to town multiple days looking for a sectional couch we both liked (the brick, m&m furniture, (surplus- which don’t recommend stepping foot in there), Leon’s, and Birt’s) we decided to stop at Beck’s (should have been our first stop!)The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy that was helping us out (His name was Uwe Borchet) , didn’t push us to choose a couch we weren’t 100% satisfied with. He explained with detail about every couch within or close to our price range. We finally settled on a couch that matched our needs.He took us down to the main floor to get a rough estimate on when they could have it in by. They said 3-4 weeks. Couple days go by and we received a call, they said they will sell us the 4 piece but only get 3 pieces for the price of the 3 piece. We said sure. They said they could deliver the following week. Which we were okay with. We went down today to set up the financing and one of the managers/ staff said do you guys have time this afternoon for us to deliver we have 2 guys here that can deliver since you guys are so close? We said yeah sure if you’re not to busy. An hour later they called us saying they are going to be packing up our purchase and will be along shortly.When the two guys arrived they were careful taking the couch in to insure they weren’t going to mark up or damage the walls. They also took the time to assemble the legs onto the couch and put the pieces together.We definitely will be back to purchase other furniture items in the future :)5/5 stars (if I could give more I would)Thanks again Beck’s :)

I feel that I have to share my shopping experience today in Montague…I purchased a couple of things from Beck’s Home Furniture (a server & two end tables) ….It was so refreshing to walk into a business & have such pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable staff that were eager to serve their customers! The staff went above & beyond…I was quite taken back as I haven’t seen this kind of customer service in a number years on the Island! They certainly aim to please their customers! They have such a lovely wide variety of everything & very well displayed…Prior to leaving, I felt compelled to compliment them on their attentiveness towards their customers & also told them that a few of the Charlottetown businesses could take a page from their book…without a doubt, I will be shopping there again…it’s definitely worth the drive! I had a wonderful experience shopping there! Keep up the great service!!!I also used to shop a LOT at Leon’s …well the lint fabric under the new sofa disintegrated within a couple of years…I purchased a twin mattress (about 1 1/2 years ago) that is ready for the garbage…the quality of their products are definitely getting poorer and the prices are getting higher! I purchased an extended warranty on my standup freezer only to find out the information that was given to me at the time was false! I found that out when I had the 11 day power outage & called the company regarding my warranty…I will be going to Montague for my next purchase which will be some major appliances…I guess the businesses in Charlottetown has their money made as they place little, if any, value on their customer service! Just to mention that Beck’s also offers Free delivery Island wide!!

The owner was rude, especially to veterans. Wouldn't pick up old furniture for Habitat, wouldn't give military discount. For an owner to be so selfish and not worry about customers, I will never buy from there again and especially if you are military where the other local business would appreciate the military service.Highly disappointed.I guess you live and learn.As said he lost my business and many others.????

I bought a lovely kitchen table Beck's and found the to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. We ordered it on a Monday evening and it arrived on Tuesday! The delivery people were nice and very careful about moving furniture into the house without hitting the walls or scraping anything. 10/10 (or 5/5 as the case may be) I would encourage anyone to shop at Beck's.

A fairly good selection of kitchen stoves. But the customer service was lacking. They didn't know when order would be in. Didn't call me back about order being over due. Didn't call when stove was in. I had to keep calling them. They said they couldn't deliver on Monday, then delivered it to me on Monday. Then the following week called to inform me they would deliver the stove soon. ?? So unorganized.
