These women work so hard and the amount of times I've witnessed citizens flipping out at these ladies for things that are completely out of their control is just unacceptable. Kathy is absolutely wonderful. I don't know the others names but they are great as well. Kathy should get a raise for the people she has to put up with and she also suffers from nerve damage in her back. These women are so absolutely lovely and helpful as long as you are at least kind and patient with them. It's a two way street. Five stars for the incredibly hard working and underappreciated staff.

If your package does not have your PO Box on the label it is returned to sender immediately! (no opportunity to pick it up even if you are tracking your parcel)....unless they know you personally, then they will hold it for you "as a kindness". Worst post office I have ever experienced. Staff are indifferent and unfriendly. The only reason I am complaining here is that there is no place on the Canada Post website to do so. Canada Posts website states that any undeliverable parcel is held for 15 days. Montague does not adhere to this policy and in fact ignores it. The oldest delivery service in North America is also the worst!

If you need asstance and you happen to notice Kathy is working at the counter come back some other time. Kathy does not seem to know what she is doing. I requested make up postage to use with some old stamps and she said that the post office does not make small denomination stamps. I came back later and bought a bunch from Natalie. Kathy also has a bad attitude and would be better used loading trucks or working where she does not interact with anyone.

Lots of parking, efficient staff. Sometimes long lines but only because processing packages for shipment takes time. Staff prioritize pickups. The people who are complaining should go to Calgary or Toronto to see how long the wait times are at their Canada post locations. Reality check! You'll never complain again!

They don't put the "pick up package" card in the box , so your package just sits there, no matter how many times you ask for it, "no card in box, no package " they say.... until you show them on your phone ,proof from your tracking app, some ladies are extremely nice and very helpful, some other ladies, not so much.... please put the card ? in the box

I have always found the women at the counter so helpful, and go beyond what is required of them. They have saved stamps for me that they know I would like, save calendars for my letter collages, and are always friendly and thoughtful. Always a pleasure to go to the post office!

I am writing this 2 star review because of one particular employee being sort of rude to another customer and then proceeded to make comments about that interaction to the next customer.The first customer wasn't rude or anything he just asked a simple question.But this one employee I find Is always either rude or un-helpful.
