It was an amazing store. But new owners mean new standards of care! You go in now it’s black and mouldy lettuce, meat that is not held at corrects temperatures, held under a red light to make the meat look more “appealing” when really you get home look at it and it’s green and grey! Shredded cheese that’s moulded and over 3 months out of date, bread that is green, employees told to sell out of date stock as reduced because the owner would get angry for any waste cost. Store employees dealt with cleaning the upstairs “apartments” where they would be expected to clean urine, bodily waste, spilt who knows what. This has been reported! Several times by several people, but nothing done! The only thing to do is to prove that they are doing something wrong and the standard of care and handling of product needs to be improved checking dates, F.I.F.O, there should be standards of training.

Best in the area but parking can be an issue when it comes to backing out onto Main Street. Awesome, friendly staff and ownership.

They are a gem in the beautiful Murray Harbour area. They are a full service grocery store where you can get it all. They even have Rotary Radio Bingo cards.

Butlers is a great store. Friendly staff and it carries a great variety of stock. Everything from paint and hardware to groceries and alcohol.A one stop shop , its great.

Very disappointed. Bought a bag of apples (among other things) $5.99.Returned to campsite, looking forward to eating the apples. Gave four away, then realised they were all very soft, and some with large rotten bits.Returned to the store the next morning to find them closed until later that day (Sunday). Left the bag of apples and a note with my phone number. Two days later and I still haven't heard anything. I messaged the store, can see they've read my message, but still haven't heard anything. An apology would be nice. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.
