i could hear the workers talking about what their customers were wearing and who looked like they had the most money to spend, shameful. a younger couple was even ignored because the workers assumed they had no money just because of their age. these clerks are disgusting, shallow, and judgmental. i watched the manager steal commissions from her underlings as well. i will never give my business to this location again, i wish the manager nothing but the worst.

Never in my life I have ever been judge going into a place and looked upon like I couldn’t afford what I was asking for! Most disrespectful worker and my family had been dealing with charms for a very very long time. No more I will never ever walk into that store again in my life!!

I took a new watch in to have the band adjusted, the clerk was rude, self centered, did not show any interest in helping with the adjustment or how many links to remove, was more interested in hearing her own voice, when I picked up the watch the next day it still did not fit properly, the clerk said " we removed one link like you ask for"Thanks for nothing Charm Diamond Center Summerside.

The store in Summerside is very rude. You can't even look in the displays from the hallway they chase you. Twice I went there looking for ear rings and got chased away, even from the hallways looking at displays. They first asked you in the line up of what you are looking for. Well maybe you just want to look around. Then you are told very rudely to sanitize your hands When I said I just did she said do it again. I then said never mind I'm no longer interested in shopping here.

Even though I didn't make a purchase, the staff was very polite . I did see a watch that I liked, but it was a little out of my price range . One of the ladies did explain that they did offer a layaway plan. So maybe one day I will go back and buy that watch.
