Not the best customer service, the staff really don’t like to move around, or do anything that might require some actual service, basically just a place to pick your phone you have ordered, don’t give them anything too complicated.

They're great... I have one phone with them and another with Koodo ... Eastlink service is better. I would leave Koodo and have both phones with Eastlink if they had Wifi Calling

Staff in very friendly and knowledgeable in their products and services. They also have a good selection of handsets and accessories. The plans they offer are reasonable price, but you are able to save more if you bundle the services.
