One of the worst convivence stores in Summerside. Everything quite expensive and you have to wait to go inside. It's like it's covid but covid was in 2019. The store isn't really clean and the outside is super outdated and rusty. It's not kid-friendly nor is it a safe place to be. I don't recommend whatsoever. Stay away from needs.

Terrible service half the employees don't have enough training and don't understand what you want. I need to call my manager .

?EXPIRED FOOD?Everytime I come into this store the franchisee has a different excuse as for why there’s TONS of expired meat on her shelves for people who trust her product to buy!Even tried to get ahold of corporate and was ignored multiple times. Go ahead and check for yourselves - maybe she’ll actually watch her stock so someone doesn’t get seriously sick or die like I almost did with her GREY hotdogs & green bologna ?

Small store that I would only frequent if required - IE: after larger stores have closed and in this area. Very poor selection and the store is very dated. Much better convenience options at service stations in the area - they are more modern, cleaner, have wider selection and better prices. Hats off to the staff as they seemed friendly and it appears they have to deal with some difficult customers.

Needs? More like Denying Needs. Wouldn't let me in with my service animal. If it were a food establishment like a restauraunt, I'd understand. But not letting a service animal in? Nobody with a service animal should even bother coming here.On top of that, one of the staff members purposefully misgenders me despite being told that it's not right. The one time I go there to get water, in 18° weather, I'm not allowed in. Not that it is much of a disadvantage to a large buisness, but you've lost all of my respect.

29.65 is a ridiculous price to charge for a pouch of Players tobacco. This is not a convenience. This is price gouging. If Needs doesn't want to sell tobacco then they shouldn't. Having this in your store is just an inconvenience that makes customers waste gas going to your store because I really don't think anyone would be stupid enough to pay your prices. I wont be back...Thankyou
