Hotel Universel offers modern, comfortable, and very clean rooms, some with beautiful views. The hotel is well maintained and well located in a nice small town. It features a games room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Guests can eat at the adjoining PACINI restaurant, where the food and drinks are perfect. The service is excellent with a personal touch and really special staff. Some noted that rooms lack microwaves and that extra beds could be more comfortable. A minor concern was raised about the breakfast toast setup. Overall, it is a recommended place to stay.
