IGA has lost some on the freshness of certain fresh vegetables. This includes Caesar salads which already have brown traits and microgreens which have already given up the ghost when purchased (observed at home, except for pea ones).
In addition, you should always be wary of expiration dates, because there are always expired products on the shelves (they remain on sale, which may be due to a lack of staff and/or lack of inventory management ).
There are often self-service checkouts that are out of order and it sometimes happens that there is no one at the station who manages them for a few minutes, which causes delays (waiting to debug because of the scale).
It happened to me once that an employee had blocked the entrance with a swivel sign about 40 minutes before closing. However, when they went to inform me through the cash register, they affirmed that it was still open and let in those who came to inquire. The others who did not inform themselves would change course. This suggests that a person wants to finish their work day early.

Very clean grocery store with excellent service and a nice variety of local products.
A more developed section of products imported from other countries would be missing.
