Bad experience at Soma Ford.Do your research and/or visit another garage before carrying out work on your vehicle at Soma Ford.1- $250 labor bill for a 45-minute diagnosis. Fortunately, Soma Ford refunded me after persisting with them.2- Diagnostic result; the lights no longer turn on because the BCM computer is defective.Installing a used part is out of the question according to the mechanic at Soma Ford. You therefore need a new part at $580 plus labor to change the part at $250 (Plus taxes) so the total bill is around $950.After giving me a quick check, I went to see another Ford garage, which confirmed to me that a used BCM computer can be installed on a vehicle.Result of the consultation in the other Ford garage: the BCM computer is not defective, but the two bulbs (the headlights) were simply burnt.$145 bill for labor and headlight replacement.In short, my consultation elsewhere allowed me to save; 800$
