Shoes were never delivered to the store even after I received the email confirming that my order was ready. The woman working was extremely rude and simply told me to go online and chat with the virtual assistant, she also added that clients shopping in store were her priority!

Bad customer service this Sunday March 24, 2024, around 3 a.m. pm. Bad experience it seems that the saleswoman is there against her will. There were 2 saleswomen, one who seemed new (not her) and another who seemed old but 0 polite (I had dealings with her). I was so embarrassed by her behavior towards me. I don't recommend everything.I have an online order, I'm thinking of canceling it so I won't return. Shameful to have such a service in 2024.

I was asking some questions about a pair of boots that I wanted to buy and the girl with glasses, a pony tail, short and colored eyes was very rude. She didn't answer my question and just told me to look for the information myself. I am a fan of aldo and buy shoes very often downtown, but this is the worst service I have ever gotten in a shoe store.20 December at 1pm

Quality is really not good, cheap materials. The zipper on my boots broke after only wearing twice, they refused to take them back. Poor customer service. Avoid and buy elsewhere.
