“Fine until the delivery. The old mattress was suppose to be remove but since i did not wrap it the delivery guys left it. No where on the website is it written to wrap the old mattress. Even when they called me to verify that i did buy the mattress, they did not mention it. I paid for having it remove they said i would be reimburse. That is not the problem. I bought it on line.”
