MUSIC STORE - Very disappointed with the return policies. The clerks managed my file in a clerical manner; I wanted a credit for a new wireless device, which barely worked (lots of interference and loss of gain). But their policy says 10 days period. No consideration, even though I spent thousands of dollars on accessories and instruments last year. The response was that it doesn't matter what you bought it's the policy, that's how it is! Too bad, it wasn't too far from our house. Archambault is very far from caring about the customer experience based on this experience. I read between the lines that the clerks did not have much decision-making power. Afterwards, stores complain that people go to Amazon and the like! Please start considering your customers for real!
