I bought the Munchkin Cushioned Bath Mat, me and my husband almost felt (it’s really dangerous product). I went back to the store 3 days after that, and the supervisor Carolina refused to refund me! It’s impressive how a person so unprepared like her can be a supervisor. It’s a defective product and this store, represented by Mrs. Carolina, simply don’t care about the security of their customers. She said once we used it, she can’t refund us! Of course it’s not in the box, we tried to use it and we both almost felt and got severely injured! Bizarre.

Terrible customer service. I bought pants from their store and later I discovered they forgot to remove the alarm tag. I had already threw the receipt. I called to ask her to find the bill. I gave her the date and the exact bill cost as I have it in my bank account. She doesn’t want to work and put me on hold for 30 min to go ask her manager, then her colleague came and asked me “how can I help you”. I have been on hold for 30 min and she didn’t even call her manager. And then I was on hold again for 10 min. I had to hang up and call again. They said they would email the receipt to another store that I was already in front of and I have been waiting for 10 min. At the end I was able to return the pants. Terrible customer service I would give it zero if possible.

Prices are much higher than in Decarie, but the service is simply horrible. I ask in customer service rep is she could check if Decarie store had some toy, and the lady told me that they could, but not during holiday season.... I told her the store was empty, and that I really could use her help since I didn't want to go to Decarie en vain, but she said she could not, even when she was not busy, because of the season....., finally I found what i need in decarie, cheaper and with a better attitude.

I paid ~35$ for this little toy although there is a 10$ discount. But on their website, it's 20$ cheaper and the article number was wrong. I showed them that they were wrong. Corrected After 30min of Discussion.Gérant Kevin needs to improve himself and he should please customers.

Please please DON'T buy online for toys r us, they never send the items, their customer service number doesn't work, they don't answer to e-mails or Facebook messages. It's been a month since my first and LAST online buy and they haven't sent the items and they don't answer to my requests for updates on the shipping date.

I called about a product that was only online. I was told by the manager that i can order in the store and i will receive it home. Their price were 50$+taxe more. They said they will adjust the price. When i arrived the story was diffrent i wilk have to pay their price and they will send an email to get the diffrence. I went for nothing ! Such a waste of time

There are plenty of name brand toys and good quality but the service here is absolutely awful. It is now 15 mins we are in line at the cash because there is only one open and there are about 7 people in front of me and 5 behind. Open up another cash!!!

Although they have a great selection and quality name brands, their customer service from the sales people on the floor is not professional at all, bad attitude and not helpful...especially in the Babys R Us store in the Anjou location. In fact, bad customer service is always an issue when it comes to all the Toys R Us stores. This really turned me off and for this reason, I would never go back.
