Such horrible service but mainly the managers of that store! They are so arrogant and rude. I had the worst experience, they made me waste so much of my time. Their policy is not accurate to what is stated on their website, and so much misleading information on the part of Best Buy. Customer service says one thing, the employees at that store says another. Just because of their service, I returned the item and bought it for cheaper at Staples!Also, don’t be fooled by their "low price guarantee", they will make up their own policy in store and do everything to not price match. I understand there are certain requirements but it should be consistent everywhere.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. Read below:I bought a washing machine from them, it got delivered with major dents, the best they could do is "ship another one in 1 week"Zero business senseAlso the manager does not understand how commerce works.Don't recommend buying from these guys**one week later**Got my second delivery with a massive dent as well (second set of pictures)Dont waste your time and money with dumb incompetent people, go to another store.I will ask for a refund this week

The two times that I came here to repair my laptops with Geek Squad the service was garbage. The wait to speak with an agent was unbelievably long. The first time I went, they claimed to have fixed my laptop only for it to experience the same issue a few weeks down the line. The second time, I did not hear from them for over a week so I called them and they told me they didn’t have the battery for my laptop and couldn’t fix it. They also couldn’t guarantee that my data hadn’t been erased from my laptop!! Luckily all my files were still intact. The worst part is that when I wanted to buy a new laptop, none of the representatives in that section offered to help me when I was seriously considering making a purchase. Instead, the employees were busy yapping away rather than doing their jobs, so I just left..

NEVER EVER EVER BUY EARBUDS THERE you cannot try it and once you spent between 150$ to 350$ you cannot return them, they don't take it back if the box is open but you have no choice to open the box to try the sound or the fit with your ears. Neither in the store neither online with the lady from the customer service number they want to take it back.. From now I will boycott best buy for ever

I came here a while ago to buy a tv when my fiancés 42inch tv got black screen of death but we could still hear volume.Theo in the tv section was super polite and nice, listened and answered my questions.I bought a 62inch Sony tv that day and he even helped me put it into my car.I will have to come back here when ever I need something else!

This geek told me my lap top to repair would cost $500.00 to $ 600.00 to fix.Went to another computer place said it works fine.I am not good at computers I was really disappointed with this experience I told all my family and friends not to trust GEEKS??

I bought an LG Refrgerator i paid 2000$ forthey delivered and i checked it was dented on 1 side so they guy told me they would give me 150$I kept on checking and saw more dents he than told me i could get 250$ so we agreed I should have got the money within a weekI called them daily after 7 days took 45 days to get 150$ in a gift certificate that I could only use at best buy.I told them id like a new One instead but it was too late 30 days was passed!!!!Dont ever buy from there AVOID BEST BUY pay a little more get new stuff i think they sold me a refurbished refrigerator

I used their website to buy a PS5 console, filling all information, credit card section, and selected which store has it in stock for a collect. The final page mentioned I needed to collect the item within 3 open days. Once at the store, nothing, the console was not there, no sign of the transaction in any of their system.

Want to buy a phone without a contract? Don't be fooled, they can't do that, regardless what their website pretends. Waste of time, buy online instead. Retail is dead, after all.
