Selling under pressure, the seller (C272) only thinks about his commission. He even goes so far as to question our decision not to buy an accessory (cleaner/protectant) when we tell him we already have some at home. Clearly, the seller saw his commission decrease...
At the checkout, we are told "that we must leave our email address to benefit from the guarantee": which clearly constitutes non-compliance (and ignorance by employees) of the Personal Information Protection Act. The cashier should have instead said: "There is a guarantee with purchases, but you must keep the receipt. If you wish to leave your email address, the store can help find the transaction if you lose the paper receipt."
I ask her to consult the personal information protection policy and she replies that she doesn't have that...
In addition, I clearly tell the cashier that I am not interested in the newsletter and what did I not just receive by email? Their newsletter... Once again, a failure to comply with the law.
Your store is not above the law, it is high time to train your employees!

Impeccable service!
I find it sad to read comments from people who complain about employees. When you enter a store it’s normal to come and offer you help. If you just want to watch, you just say so, and conversely, coming in and having zero reception would be a good reason to put 1 ⭐️. I've been going to this Browns for a long time, I've gone without buying, refunding, spending, letting it be known that I don't need anything at the moment, and I've always had the same service. Keep coming to see us and offering to help us, that’s a good service! Daysie, Angelly, Antony, Angelica ❤️

I love their big variety of shoe collection and appreciated the efficiency of employees.
However, I did not enjoy my shopping experience at all. As I entered the store, I could already feel and see that multiples employees were staring at me and following me, which made me extremely inconfortable. If I did not need to buy anything that day, I would just immediately leave the store.
However, on that day, I actually needed to buy a pair of shoes. So as I started to touch and try their shoes, one lady came to me and started to make nice compliments about my choice. Sometimes, as customers, we just want our own space and time to think, to look around and to make a decision instead of listening and chatting to the pushy employee. Then, as I sat down and started to try the shoes, that lady stood 30 cm next to me, staring on me, not allowing other employees to approach me and not allowing myself to try my shoes in a comfortable and relaxed manner. I do not blame this lady, she has to do her job and earn her commission, but this aggressive selling system needs to be improved for the long term profit and customer satisfaction. This whole experience made me feel as I was a monkey in the zoo; I would just be scared to go into to their store any time in futur.
