As SEVERAL have mentioned, endless queue at the checkout with more often than not only one checkout open. No self-service station. We could boycott this branch and go to another but there will be no impact because it will all fall into the same pocket. Worse, the operating costs of this branch must be good (#lack of employees) and the manager must be seen as a superstar among senior management...

What does that mean: 10 checkout stations and 1 open checkout!!! 2 is exceptional unless there is a line of 15 people or more!!! Worst organization EVERRRRR! Once there, put self-service stations tab***!!

My visit to this store wasn't great because there was a person who turned out to be the manager, causing some disruptions. While I was shopping, this person blocked my way twice and rushed around with a cart, making things difficult.When I went to pay, the person skipped the line from the opposite side, causing a mess and making the line much longer. When my turn came, I asked the cashier why the person was not lining up, and the cashier said that the person was the manager who came for shopping. It made me wonder about the professionalism in this store, as the manager did not line up like others and displayed a disregard for proper shopping etiquette.

It’s ok. I like that the aisles are spacious. Check out line is awkward and you have to wait far from the cashier. Understaffed location and missing items on shelves. The door for the soda fridge is broken. Cashiers can either be pleasant or unbearable. Once got a teenager who clearly hated his job and did not speak. This location desperately needs self-checkout…

Worst experience with employees!! Racial profiling I was followed throughout the store after my shift at Galerie d'Anjou. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so.

The lady with the short hair was rude. She was telling her colleagues that she was working until 7 p.m. tonight and that at that time it was only 11 a.m. I just needed help finding something and I said hello nicely and asked if she knew where I could find this item...she didn't say hello and just ignored me so I said thanks and I left and she really didn't care. God! need people who have at least a little more motivation, skills or who love their work. But, on the other hand...the lady at the checkout was nice, very welcoming.

the store itself is big and clean. i’ve never had an issue until a grown woman think another grown woman is going to steal?….i prefer the younger staff since there’s little to no discrimination.
