Incompetent and unprofessional staff. When you ask them questions ,they give wrong information instead of looking for the right one. Even heard them passing the phone from one colleague to another and one of them even said " why me? I dont know either" and then when she answered the phone she blamed the other colleague saying " my colleague doesnt know what shes saying " ... how can you trust a pharmacy like this , when the employees are playing the blaming game live on the phone in your presence.

I recently moved from Quebec to Montreal and transferred my prescription to this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I had to visit two days in a row and wait over an hour and a half each time just to get my prescription transferred.
Today, after three months, I came in for a refill. Even though I was the only customer, it took them an hour to prepare the bill and find my prescription because the pharmacist forgot to cancel the transfer to another pharmacy. I had asked for my prescription to be transferred while I was on vacation and needed my pills from a different pharmacy.
The service has been disappointing and frustrating, and I hope improvements can be made for a smoother experience.
