VERY BAD SERVICE! Every time I want to make a purchase there, I am very poorly served. Employees prefer to talk to each other than serve customers. I tend to go to other stores because the customer service is much better. If I could, I would give it 0 stars out of 5.

Good atmosphere but the only problem is the manager, she is not professional she speaks badly to her employee and even to the customer I was surprised that she was the manager. She's not professional, I don't know where she thinks, but you don't manage a Gucci store. Footlocker needs to be wiser for their next managers. But big thanks to the employees, they deserve a better manager who values their work…

Bad service had to do line since nobody help me ,i get to the register ask for the shoes and this girl made me wait on the side as i get the shoes she serve the others clients and another customer and made me wait while the other clients on the line was passing on the other register she even told me that i could go on the other register so i had to go back on the line

There was a lot of shoes variety BUT the customer service is horrible. I had to ask for assistance at least 5 times before an employee pretend to help me while he was on is phone (there was no one except one other customer and there were at least 6 employees in the store doing nothing). All the employees were talking to each other instead of taking care of the customers. At one point they told another customer they were gonna serve her in an instant but she waited at least 35 minutes before leaving since they did not in fact serve her.
