My aunt dropped her earrings in one of the dressing rooms in this location. We called H&M support, they transferred us to this location, and we were able to talk to an associate who confirmed they saw the earrings in the dressing room. She even described exactly how the earrings looked like. We were visiting Montreal that time and told the store we were coming back to the location to pick up the earrings. To our dismay when we came back, we were told by the manager that there were no such earrings found. We had a recorded conversation with an H&M associate but they refused to give us a copy of the phone call.
They asked for my name, number, and address so they can ship out the earrings once they find out who found my aunt's earrings, but they never did! I am also being spammed by unknown numbers after giving them my phone number. Please corporate if you care to read this, reach out to me!

I will never shop here again. As a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars at H&M each year, I expected a much higher level of service.
I attempted to return unworn, unwashed items that were in brand new condition. I had the receipt and all the tags. However, my kids pulled the tags off of them so they were simply unattached to the clothing.
The manager (employee #920280, whom I believe is named Kenza, although she refused to provide her name and I only heard it when a colleague called her), met me with extreme rudeness, an attitude like no other, and an outright refusal to process my return.
I told her any other store would not do this, and she rudely answered “well you’re at H&M!”
I’d strongly recommend revising management and finding staff that don’t feel like they’re on a high horse power trip.
Not only did she dismiss my request without consideration, but she also failed to acknowledge my loyalty as a long-standing customer. Her attitude was unprofessional and left me feeling completely undervalued.
The other cashier straight out told me to go return it at another H&M and that they’d process it (insinuating that Kenza was the problem). And the other manager (French male) who I requested to speak to was more understanding but told me he couldn’t overstep so he would go speak to Kenza himself. He returned and repeated once again that he couldn’t overstep her and turned me away.
The least they could have done is explain to me that it was policy to have the tags attached and grant me an exception this one time.
This was for probably $120 worth of clothing, but at this point it’s the principle!

One of the worst stores I have visited, everything is a mess, peeled and mixed, clothes all over the
Floor in the aisles….no staff on the floor to tidy up…. The checkout is endless because the cashiers are super slow……it doesn’t live up to the reputation of the store…..

Clueless on-floor staff, they never know if sizes are available. Clothing sizes never available. Long lines for changing room. They tell the customers to put the clothes back on the hangers after trying them on (I didn't know I was the one working there?!) Which I haven't seen anywhere else.

Personnels très courtois et polis. Pour ce qui est des vêtements, chacun devra se faire sa propre opinion. Les goûts et les couleurs sont dans la nature mes amis. ?

Ça fait deux jour de suite que je m’en vais au h&m et qu’il c’est fermer alors que sur Google ça dit que ça ferme à 20h et ce qui dérange le plus c’est que hier j’ai appeler un agent m’a dit que tous les jour ça ferme à 20h et que juste le mardi ça ferme à 19h. Aujourd’hui en arrivant à 18h50 encore fermer j’ai dû demander à une vendeuse qui me dit que finalement ça ferme à 18h sauf jeudi et vendredi ça ferme à 21h

excellent service a la clientèle aujourdhui , employés très patients et attentionnés . La gérante a été tres professionelle avec ses échanges et a su répondre a un besoin particulier avec beaucoup de professionalisme et de gentillesse . jai beaucoup apprécié mon expérience chez eux .

Pour être en mesure de donné un commentaire je devais mettre 1 sinon j’aurais mis zéro. J’ai acheter un article maison en ligne avant en fin. Rendu en magasin pour un retour il me disent que les article maison sont remboursables seulement par la poste et que c’est écrit dans le site même sous terme et politique de retour à l’achat en début de procédure. Nul par ailleurs il donne cette information ni même avec le codeQR ou le papier pour le retour postal à l’envoie du couriel de retour.Aucune compréhension de la gère mate ou chef de plancher ashni qui avait seulement t une réponse automatique à me flasher les règlements dans le visage. Et avec un attitude condescendante avec les autres employer en me regardant partir. A ne pas visiter
