“For a big box store I enjoy perusing their indoor plant section. They have quite a variety. ALL the employees greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. It was actually shocking considering I usually ha e the opposite experience when shopping at similar establishments.”
“I had the best experience at this Rona yesterday. I ran to Rona with only 10min before closing (and today is July 1st so it would be closed), and had to buy a new pipe for my toilet that was leaking. I asked two older gentlemen for help, and they happily offered me. They were so kind and smiling, friendly, as if they enjoyed their job. My toilet is now fixed, because of their help. I would definitely go back there!”
