When in the store as I was looking to buy some clothing for a business trip but they didn't even bother tried to ask me if I need help, both workers were just chatting among themselves. Another person walks in and one of them immediately went to help, most likely due to discrimination as they were giving us some weird looks as if we didn't belong in the store

I have been a customer for almost 8 years and I lost $700 on a suit. Two pants were not the right length as was the jacket. I came back to the store and they told me: the pants are finished because they were washed in hot water... they were sent to the cleaner and dry washed.No customer service 0 crossed out. He didn't want to know anything so I threw the whole thing in the trash.I will never come back to this store again

Les vendeuses ont été d’une grande aide pour trouver notre habit. Par contre, NE PAS FAIRE AFFAIRE avec le service de couture du magasin.Le pantalon que nous avons fait reprendre nous est revenu avec les deux jambes inégales À DEUX REPRISES. Aussi, les fils étaient encore attachés à la retouche ce qui témoigne de la piètre qualité du travail.Les vendeuses de chez Jonathan, gênées de la situation, nous on indiqué que l’une des deux couturières ne savaient pas comment coudre et qu’il y avait une chance sur deux que le travail soit mal fait. On nous a donc vendu un service sachant très pertinemment qu’il se pouvait qu’il soit mal fait !!!Nous sommes aller dans une autre boutique pour refaire le travail correctement. La couturière d’expérience nous a indiqué essayer de régler le problème avec le peu de tissus qu’il restait et que le travail fait avant, était celui d’une incompétente.La couturière d’expérience qui a réussi à sauver le pantalon nous a suggérer d’aller se faire rembourser le pantalon. Nous ne l’avons pas fait puisque lors de notre demande pour un remboursement du service de couture du magasin, le gérant à REFUSER de nous rembourser.

Très mauvaise expérience a deux reprises. A tel point que moi et mon conjoint n'allons plus retourner a cette boutique. Les deux fois ont été avec le même vendeur.C'est vraiment désolant car ce n'est certainement pas tous les employer qui ont un mauvais service clientèle.

Jonathan men's store is a great choice for business wear, good quality casual wear, and accessories. Love all the clothes and styles, most importantly the service, to me the staff are top notch and on the ball.

The service here has really went downhill. I like the products, but I get annoyed having to switch back and forth in French and English because the employees don't respect my native tongue. FYI: Ernest has the same stuff. Fix your attitude.

Great service and nice products. Bought a jacket and shirt for my Christmas party. Manager was a super star. Will go back for more outfits. Went to simons at first but i quickly found out that this place had practically the same for less and bigger sizes. I have wide shoulders so its hard finding a proper fitting sports jacket in these type of stores. They are basically the store Ernest but with more of the sportier line of outfits. Will definitely go back at boxing day and after the holidays.

The best customer experience/customer service! I have never seen a store listen so much to its customers. It's honestly quite rare to see this. We don't get as good service at Harry Rosen. Well done to the manager and his team.
