Rude staff, it's a shame because it's the most clean and organized Old Navy in MTL. Oh well, no wonder stores are closing, Zara prices but SHEIN/TEMU quality. Value proposition has completely dropped. Only go there for seasonal stuff your wear once or twice.

Je suis aller au salle d’essayage et la dame qui donnait les cabines était vraiment impoli avec nous et nous regardaient très mal je suis sortis de ma cabine pour montré ma jupe à ma famille et la dame nous a regarder mal et est complètement rentrer dans la cabine pour nous regarder mal avec des gros yeux ! Je trouve sa très offencents de sa part .

I personally got once of the worst experience entering to this Old Navy store.I came into this place at 4:45 pm on Saturday last week. When I was entering into the store, I’ve said “Bonjour” to the girls that suddenly approaching to me.She didn’t reply back to me with a hello or good afternoon, so she just told me “we are going to close the cashiers in 5 mins”. I’ve noticed that she was mad looking at me. I think that she’s a supervisor in store, anyway….Come on!!! It was 4:45pm, what was the point here to answering in that way?I’ve just turned around and get out the store as quickly I could.I personally think that stores Old Navy Canada need to have a closer look at how customers are treated when they come to the store. This situation doesn’t happens in US stores. Even though it was 15 mins left to close, I considered that it was enough time to place an order or get a excellent customer experience. Case that didn’t happened to me in this store.In conclusion, I will try to avoid coming to this place as much as I could.
