They simply dont deliver. It'll always show up wrong missing address whilst the address is always correct.

Worst service and so inefficient. Had me call the service (1 hour waiting on the line) to re-send my package instead of giving me the package in person because I did not have a proof of address on my id card. Would not look at my proof of purchase or any proof on my phone. Very annoying.

I live in Verdun purolator sends my package to their pick up point all the way at Anjou, make ma drive across town in rush hours so I can make in during opening hours.
