Very unhappy with the service...not being at home they left me a notice to collect on Mont-royal corner Papineau...I travel 20 minutes to return at lunch time to be told that the package is in Anjou (10km from my house) not at this address ?.I called customer service and they blamed me for not having tracked the order directly on their site so that I would have seen that it was in Anjou. Leave no paper if you are not sure where it will be placed ?♀️

Very very bad company, mediocre customer service pfff they deliver when they want, sometimes they leave your package outside saying that they can't bring it up, their delivery guy speaks as if he's the boss of the company and he tells you makes you feel that it is doing you a favor to deliver when you are the customer who took money out of your pocket to buy, in short disaster….I listened to people talk bad about Purplator but didn't want to form an idea until I had my own experience with them and honestly all the bad things they say!!! They are right…

The delivery man never came, under the pretext that the address was incorrect. Even though I called all week providing my address and was never told it was incorrect on file.Worst service, not honest lie after lie we lost several packages with them. I will no longer do business with them and I advise against it to everyone.

Never ship something to an address different than what you have on your cards.

The delivery man rang the bell, I opened the door so he could leave the box in front of the door but unfortunately he gave me a notice to go and collect it from the warehouse despite the fact that I left instructions to leave the box, it's stupid, bad service

These buffons never try to ring the door and have us drive 15min to pick-up our orders. Save yourself the trouble and skip this ridiculous business. If you can't avoid them, have your packages delivered to the post office. That'll save you from running around because they are either too lazy or incompetent and won't bother trying to ring your door.

Not a fan of Purolator but this location is fine to drop off packages. Takes less than a minute and I’m already on my way.

I would like to express my disappointment with Purolator's service. Despite setting up all notifications (emails and SMS), I did not receive any information when attempting delivery. They claim to have tried to deliver without getting a response from me, although I was present at home and received no call, bell or email. Additionally, issues persist with product returns, including repeated experiences where they claim they were unable to contact me. This situation directly impacts reimbursements with consequences in particular on transactions with platforms such as Amazon. It is also regrettable to note that they leave notices without making any real attempt at contact. This experience is disappointing and raises concerns about the quality of service provided.

Purolator is an interesting postal company for emergencies. You have the option one day with the possibilities: before 9:30 a.m., before 10:30 a.m. or before 12:00 p.m. Effective, when you are caught in a stressful situation...

They sent me a message after the delivery man had already passed. Delivery Notice does not work I registered and I was not able to look at the tracking just after the delivery man had already been there you have to pick it up in 3 days from Purolator

Probably the worst delivery company. Gross incompetence of the delivery people, they claim to have been unable to deliver a package because there was no response when they make no attempt to contact the customer or report their presence and they hurry to leave. Pitiful lack of respect towards customers.

Purolator has a pretty ridiculous policy of requiring a proof of address to pick up a parcel. No other company asks for this, Canada Post, UPS etc... An ID with your name and photo should be enough. If you recently moved or had your parcel shipped to a different address (family or work) good luck being able to pick up your parcel.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst shipping company I have encountered. It is now 2024, I don’t know why they’re still living in the Stone Age. Their drivers don’t take pictures of these supposed deliveries, I say supposed because every time I have a package from Purolator it says it was delivered and then it’s never actually there. I also don’t know why it’s so difficult to track down a single package because of the mistake a lobotomized driver made. I don’t understand how these people are in business, and I wish I could see who uses Purolator to ship because I never want to have contact with these people ever again. Absolutely useless delivery drivers and useless customer service people absolutely unacceptable for the level of which they’re supposed to function.

not only did they not ring my doorbell to deliver my item, the pick up location is really far away from where i live and very inconvenient to get to. every other delivery service has relatively close pick up points but not this company for some reason.
