We have just visited the Softmoc store at the Anjou galleries and I have some issues regarding the promotions displayed.We arrived and there was no welcome because the associate was alone and the store was full.Our daughters tried each of the shoes that were on sale (15% and 25%), we thought we were getting a good deal since one pair was $80 and the other was $90.Once at the checkout, it was a shock to see the price of $200 for both shoes even though the promotion was firmly attached to each pair.The associate informs me that the price under the shoes already includes the promo, it's completely ridiculous!Everywhere else the promotional labels reduce the price at checkout and you it's quite the opposite, it's completely useless to tell me that there is a 15% discount...We still bought the shoes since the girls liked them but this is the last time we will go to Softmoc.I looked at your website and at least there the prices are clearly displayed, we can clearly see the price before the discount and the price after the discount.In store it really wasn't clear and that's a shame.

Good products at decent prices. But store is very small and selection of footwear is too. Difficult to navigate in this locale when it gets busy. Employees are okay; just not very friendly. It took the young girls awhile to acknowledge me when I needed assistance during my most recent visit. A more attentive and smiling staff would be appreciated. Online information regarding in-store stock is also inaccurate based on my experiences. Please remedy this.
