“This place is absolutely magical. My friend told me about this stuffed animal hospital where you could repair your beloved companions, and I instantly booked an appointment. The repair is totally customizable and reasonably priced. My dude had some pretty heavy matting on his fur after 18 years of service so I got a “spa”cleaning and brushing, which came out to ~$40 CAD. He was checked into a “hospital bed” and less than a week later was discharged, with a cute little “identity card” and “treatment plan”!
The whole process had me just about dying with cuteness and Raplapla did an amazing job in the end with the cleaning. My little guy looks a decade younger now (seriously, I forgot he used to look like that) and I’m so happy I found this place! Five stars all around.”
“Excellent customer service! It is also a store with very good quality products. I ordered a neutral birth gift box. The products received were more for a boy. I contacted them in a very short time and received a new, more neutral box. In the meantime, I had learned the sex of the baby (girl). They agreed to remake said box set. “I recently had the pleasure of visiting for the first time, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I had messaged them on Instagram a few hours prior asking about their stock for the items I wanted and they answered very quickly! They went above and beyond by even putting my items aside for me without me even asking—what a thoughtful gesture! they even struck up a pleasant conversation with me.
They offered to keep me updated on upcoming stock, which shows how dedicated they are to building relationships with their customers.
Overall, this store left a great impression on me, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!!”

“This was exactly the kind of store I was looking for in Montreal! Lots of cute things (stickers, earrings, postcards, art, glassware, hand sanitizers, soaps, crafts, clothing etc etc), features local artists, the shopkeeper Catherine is in store and happy to answer any questions....she not only gave us recommendations on what else to visit in Mile End but also drew us a little map! Really doesn't get better than this as far as local experiences go!”

The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.”
