We picked up the car from this location, the process was simple and straight forward. We took a lot of pictures, (inside and out) of the car, which is highly recommended. ?
Although they say no smoking, it's obvious that whomever had the car before us smoked, which was quite off putting since we spent so much time driving around in the car. ? The shocks definitely needed to be changed as we felt all the holes in the road, eventhough we tried to avoid them. Maybe a suggestion would be that whomever is taking care of the cars should drive them around a bit and make the necessary service changes before the next rental.
All-in-all, having a car in Montreal was great as it allowed us to see and do a variety of activities. The drop-off process was just as simple and straight forward. Make sure you take those final pictures. ?

My car window was smashed and I had to pick someone at the airport, and they took care of everything - putting tape over the window within minutes of calling the dealership, turning the window repair around in time for the rest of my trip, and also letting me keep the car locked overnight so that it wasn’t broken into with the missing window.
