“Béret Rouge is a must stop for fine foods, specialty orders or premade meals. We had a request to have a Beef Wellington made and had the BEST ever made for us! It was for Christmas dinner and was definitely the main attraction! Beautifully decorated and prepared. All we had to do was cook it perfectly. Yves gave perfect directions and it came out real nice. Just to let you know we drove 2 hours from Montreal to have it made and then had to pick it up when it was ready, no regrets! Will do it again. He also made us a Bloc de Fois Gras that was also 5 stars! We have not had one better. Béret Rouge is outstanding and a needle in a haystack but worth the journey. Merci Encore Yves milles fois!”
