“A wonderful Uniprix pharmacy on St. Charles in Kirkland! There is always a welcoming atmosphere and professional service. I was buying perfumes for gifts recently and had a pleasure to meet Anna Maria — she is managing cosmetics division of the store, very knowledgeable about cosmetics and helpful. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The sales associate, Kateryna, is absolutely lovely and very pleasant to talk to. She is such a beauty, smiling, attentive, and kind.
I would also like to mention the prices, very close to online, and they offer a flexible discount system. Overall, a very positive experience. I am always happy to come back!”

“The only place I found in montreal to test for strepthroat without prescription. They affliated with a medical clinic and a nurse who does the diagnostic tests. Then as soon as test comes positive they can give you prescription right away! Additionally great friendly staff including nurse, pharmacist! While waitong for nurse you could see they are very helpful to all their clients and every ody leaving happy! I would give more stars if I could! Model for how a pharmacy should be!”

One tiny blip with a lab tech (way out of character), and management jumped on it ASAP - sorted, satisfaction guaranteed ?. Love the personal touch from the owner-pharmacists and whole team - they know me, care about me, and make sure I get the best care. Even the pharmacists and interns that I meet for the first time are compassionate, kind and have high listening skills. These qualities seem to be the status quo for this Jean Coutu pharmacy.
