Had break job done. Was told they put on premium parts. Went back to have the breaks checked 6 months later. Told they were fine. We just had the breaks redone elsewhere. Breaks were finished Poor parts were installed. We went to your shop because of good reviews. Breaks were changed after 20L K.

They lied and told me they would install superior quality brake pads and discs. The discs warped almost immediately. The parts were instead some cheap Chinese fakes. This information was provided by a reputable garage that had to redo the brake job.
