About Club Vacances
Club Vacances is a spacious condo resort known as a fantastic spot for kids and a great family resort. The units are very ordinary, relatively well kept, and very spacious, coming with good kitchens, a dishwasher, fridge, range, and the possibility of a washer and dryer. There is a fabulous water park with amazing slides that kids love, though the pools were noted as falling apart. The location is great, convenient, and well priced, with an excellent view of Mont Ste-Anne, and is 15-20 minutes from Montmorency Falls and 30 minutes from Old Quebec. There is plenty to do in the area, ample parking, and it offers a quiet atmosphere. However, the property is described as too worn down and in need of a refresh. Cons include needed better cleaning, with reports of ants everywhere in units, worn thin towels, and maintenance issues like peeling pools. The water park's slides have limited hours, and there is no on-site fitness room, with poor hours for the off-site one. Some staff, like maintenance and front desk, were friendly, quick to respond, and bilingual, while reception was not very welcoming and cleaning staff was not very friendly. The on-site restaurant requires advance reservation and was sometimes not open. Some guests found it a bit expensive but felt they get what they pay for, while others noted it is brimming with potential but stumbling to deliver. The beds were reported as the worst, very hard and not level, and cooking smells can permeate the floors. The resort is quiet and fun for kids, though you will hear children enjoying the pool and upstairs neighbors. It is not recommended for couples without children due to its worn condition.
The condo is very ordinary. The people at reception not very welcoming and did not try to help us. However, if you want something, ask for Rodrigue at maintenance. He is extraordinary and very friendly.

You have to pay $25 per day to use the pool. Rooms very spacious, but towels are worn super thin. Could use new towels. Restaurant not open. Great space but could use a refresh
