The condo is very ordinary. The people at reception not very welcoming and did not try to help us. However, if you want something, ask for Rodrigue at maintenance. He is extraordinary and very friendly.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment.PROS:- spacious unit- relatively well kept unit- kids LOVED it (especially water park)- came with dish washer, fridge, range, washer and dryer- water park had amazing slides and virtually no lineups- decent deck- staff friendly- quiet atmosphere (never heard neighbors)- bilingual staff- ample parking- 15-20 mins from Montmorency Falls, 30 mins from Old Quebec- good amount of storage- staff relatively quick at responding to maintenance requestsCONS:- pools were falling apart (ex. Volcano was working for only half the stay and no one went in since it was gross water; the other pools were peeling etc)- slides only open 11AM-5PM — which meant we sometimes had to choose between disappointing the kids with no slides or compromising our sight seeing - why not 9AM-8PM etc??- needed a better cleaning (ex. We found broken glass on the floor of our unit; dirty condom in parking lot etc)- cleaning staff was not very friendly (compared to front desk and water staff who were)- there is no fitness room on site and the one off site that we have access to is only open 8AM-9PM. Terrible hours considering we couldn’t get a work out in before the kids were up or after they went down. Why not have a 24 hour pass with a key card system like most hotels?!- had to ask to get broom for our unit- no room service cleaning rooms- dish detergent left was unusable - had to buy our own- ants everywhere in unitVERDICT:Would we come back? That depends. We would if we had our kids with us. Fantastic spot for kids who wouldn’t notice the small things like a pool falling apart or a condom in the parking lot, but would notice the slides and spaciousness. It was also super convenient with dish washer and possibility of washer / dryer. I think next time we’d do a chalet though with three kids in tow.Would we come back just the two of us? Absolutely not. It’s too worn down, not kept up well enough, and the fitness room hours were pitiful.CONCLUSIONThe story of Condos Vacances Mont Sainte-Anne is an unfortunate one. Not because we had a terrible time - we actually quite liked our stay. But because it’s a place brimming with potential but stumbling to deliver. It’s like watching the MTL Canadiens play a great 2 periods and lose it in the 3rd.

As a VIP member, I have stayed several times at this location and was satisfied with everything. The location is great, pool is nice, units are outdated but spacious. Now since the property has been under new ownership, I have had only bad service. Every year there seems to be an error with my points and there are only 2 employees available to serve the members and they are just unreachable. I have been wanting to use my points for some time now but have been unable to reach anyone nor has anyone even attempted to get back to me after leaving 7 messages and 2 emails...and this over a span of almost 4months now. As a VIP member, this is extremely dissapointing and frustrating and totally unexcusable. I never had this issue prior to new ownership 5years ago.

not impressed with this facility. Staff not so friendly. Our unit had broken patio chairs, broken bed frame. Pool was not heated and dirty. If you stay here and want to use the other pools youneed to pay extra. If you want a gym they send you down the street to the next resort

You have to pay $25 per day to use the pool. Rooms very spacious, but towels are worn super thin. Could use new towels. Restaurant not open. Great space but could use a refresh

We were here 3 years ago, and the updates are great. Fabulous water park - for kids and adults!Unfortunately the worst beds I ever slept on! Very hard and not level. Decent wifi and a few TV channels in English. Cooking smells permeated the entire floor; even with the doors shut and locked. Plenty of parking. Lots to do in the area. Make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance for the on site restaurant or you will be out of luck.A great family resort. Quiet and fun for kids.

Great location and facilities. Well priced, convenient, lovely staff and good kitchens. You will hear a lot of children enjoying the pool, and your upstairs neighbors if you have them. There are three enormous high capacity power lines, right next to this place. If that worries you, do not stay here. There are shops and a nice restaurant very close by.
