Really ordinary mechanical service. My daughter-in-law asks to check if her head gasket is blown or if it's the thermostat, the mechanic confirms that it's her thermostat that needs to be changed, paid more than $400 in addition to finding her car with a broken mirror probably a hit & run which happened while the car was parked in the parking lot but the store is obviously not responsible. She takes her car back, the problem starts again immediately, she takes it back to the store to be told that it's the head gasket!!! It was initially mentioned that if that was the case she wouldn't have it repaired due to the value of the car, we called back but nothing to do no compensation for having to pay for a repair unnecessarily the car is not worth the head gasket, really very disappointed ! I NEVER go to a Canadian tire for a repair we were in a bad situation during the holidays with all the garages closed but we should have waited!!!

I love their merchandise tracking system. Today, the clerk "flashed" the "hook" where the product I was looking for was located.
It’s really helpful! 👌

FAILURE TO COMPLY with the Pricing Accuracy Policy.
Displayed price of $10, the employee who fills the table with these liquidation products hands me the pants in my size because the table had sizes too large for me. She tells me that at this price, we don't ask too many questions. And she is right!
Upon arriving at checkout, the pants go to the full price of $24.99. So I tell the cashier that they are $10, and from the cash register you can clearly see the $10 table filled with snow pants with the same label as me, blue and pink for the ladies.
An older cashier comes to the checkout for corrections, and I tell her that it might be free by pointing out the white and red OPC poster. She says no, because it's a mistake to come back... I tell her precisely why the law exists!
After multiple calls to a manager (7-8 minutes), one showed up and said no, he doesn't do that. The older lady calls a certain Mario after another 3-4 minutes, who tells her no, that these are only the special ones for women.
She removes the entire amount and leaves to put the pants next to this $10 table, whose table still has these same pants with the blue label. Because she tells me that only the ladies' ones are special.
The complaint to the consumer protection office is made.
Thank you for this ridiculous dishonest and waste of time experience!

Today, November 17, the staff at the Canadian Tire in Beloeil were very helpful. In 4 different departments, we were served by competent and attentive floor staff. It was a surprising and very pleasant experience. The young girl at the checkout even took the time to help us in our search for small batteries.
A much appreciated transformation of customer service.

It's a place where you can find almost everything you need. The inventory is well stocked and varied, which is very practical. However, the lack of space and the presentation of the products sometimes leaves something to be desired, which can make finding items a little difficult. You really have to know what you're looking for to find your way effectively. Despite this, it is a good store to find essential and varied items

Bravo to the cashier who does what she can. But the problem is that there is only one cashier. A management problem on the part of the manager.

The problem comes from the Canadian employees! They never look happy! (maybe the boss is not pleasant?) Tough on customer service and, stupid as their two feet! What stands out among new employees is clearly a lack of training because they don't know where they are going! Most doubt themselves about their product. The oldest ones seem literally exhausted from the customers. If you know exactly what you want, prepare online, pay and pick it up using the lockers provided! Ordinary you might say, but sincerely, avoid cashiers, clerks and anyone responsible at the one in Beloeil! :(

I do not recommend the non-competent personal auto service, 20 minutes of waiting to buy a bulb at the end Mr. Y tells me that he is not the best at that,
