“I suggest you not call 3 minutes before closing, oufff Mr. Bruno is very, very impatient and even stupid, he really disappointed and very surprised me, I just wanted to know if it was possible to have a follow-up on a UPS shipment he had made for me. On the other hand, I had good service with my purchase of a laptop for $700.00 + tax + software installation, very satisfied. But, more kindness during my call would have been really appreciated.”
