Very unpleasant pressure selling. I have never had such an unpleasant store experience. It was the last time I set foot there.
I went there to buy a Samsung cable. A thread that the seller (Thomas) was not able to find. He handed me a wire that didn't have the right tip (even though I had specified what I was looking for). He was still looking and it was finally me who found him. A questionnaire followed: what model is your phone? How long ago? With which company? How much do you pay? Would you be interested in switching for less money, more data and I'll give you a $400 store gift card?
And even though I told him I wasn't interested, he insisted and asked questions about my TV-internet provider! He said that if I switched to Bell today, he would give me a $600 store gift card.
I replied again that I was not interested, that I only wanted a thread. He insisted, judging me for refusing a $600 store gift card.
I walked up to the checkout and he continued his salesman talk while following me.
Truth be told, I hated my experience. Even my daughter who accompanied me found the seller insistent.

I see an item on the shelf with a price displayed, When I get to the checkout the price is increased, I tell the seller of my dissatisfaction and he seems to find it no more serious than that. I tell him that I might not come back again and that doesn't seem to bother him either... Ok well I won't mind going elsewhere either since this store doesn't care about its customers ...It won't bother me when this business goes bankrupt either because it will have gotten what it deserves in the end!!

I had excellent service on Friday with Issam. I came for information and very satisfied with my new contract I felt no pressure from him I stayed a good hour and a half I left with a tablet an apple watch and an iphone 15 pro it was really friendly as a transaction he worked to give me the best possible package thank you issam I recommend you all my friends!

Probably a commission-based salesman, after asking me if I needed help, he tries to sell me a cell phone plan and doesn't let up until I leave the store without buying. Very aggressive service.

I order a case online for my tablet purchased in their store. When I go to look for it, unfortunately, it's my mistake, it's the wrong format. The clerk spoke to me quickly and asked me to come back the next day to pay for the return. He cannot or does not want to complete the transaction because the purchase was made online and the said person responsible is on leave.
I cannot imagine that this type of reimbursement can only be made by one and only one person. There is room for improvement in tracking online orders.
