In April 2024 I purchased a 2020 Buick Encore representing Zachary I was satisfied. When leaving the dealership during the delivery I told him I would come back in September to purchase winter tires.
In September I called for a quote for winter tires and storage of summer tires the young girl told me.....I don't know if they store and I will call you back for the quote during the day we We're very busy. (Okay)
I called 4 times and no return call.
The moral of this unfortunate adventure I went elsewhere. Poor after-sales service!!!!!!

I did a pre-purchase inspection and they did not see the ball joint to be replaced. Cost $600. I arrive at my dealer's house, my brakes are burning, I spray the pads with water and you can see the steam... Gang of incompetent clowns.
Edit: in response to the dealer's comment: I already contacted them and they took no responsibility or accommodation.

The experience was brief and ended with the sales department on the first visit.

No vehicle to test this little.
I made it clear with the seller that our purchase is absolutely for an RS EV blazer this week.
Ridiculous exchange price I ask him if he isn't using the wrong model.
Reminder I don't know who, tells me that my price is because my tires are finished (price given by the seller $7500 less than another Chevrolet to buy it from me the next day)
Tells me he's working on his price again and calls me back the next day.
No call, I followed up by email, no return.
I bought it the next day at another dealership and now I have an RS EV blazer in my yard.

Corvette 2019. Oil change exorbitant 245.00 + have a supposedly defective part installed due to code P12F0 but not check afterwards if everything was working well after installing the part. So always check engine on and no exhaust outlet in Econo function !!!

Be careful before taking possession, we took ours delivered inside the garage. When we got home we noticed scratches and marks on the paint (bumper and 2 doors) as well as bubbles in the paint. The seller gave us an appointment for service. When we go back to get it we just do tuch Up...... The tank doesn't even have 200km it seems when these new ones you repaint especially a 5 year old child would have done better with colored pencils

On the first service. I left with 2 dents on the bed door. The mechanics should know not to drop the steps if there is a hitch ball installed! I was told it doesnt need an oil change yet, But the engine oil light lid up after 2 weeks. It took 2 weeks to get that first appointment! The Onstar unlawful surveillance cannot be dissabled nor denied access. I keep getting emails tellimg me my oil level, tire pressure, and to subscribe. And i know for a fact Onstar profits from selling the data where voice conversations were used in a court of law against the owners. SirisXM cannot be disabled and have access to location and phone log. GM have 0 privacy policy, and only cares how much can they make. It is my first GM i own and will be the last shortly once i get rid of this disaster of a 2022 Sierra 1500.

Worst after-sales service. We purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Bolt at Chevrolet boisvert in Blainville. Over time, there was a recall (failure) for the battery. They installed a sensor to check the battery in 2024. Our car issued an urgent service alert because of the battery and when we contacted service they said they needed to update the sensor software which they had already installed on the car and we needed to put the car into service.
When we requested a replacement car, as usual we were told that they did not have a car available and that if we wanted to have a car during the service time we would have to wait a minimum of two weeks . We dropped the car off at the service and used Uber to get home without Chevrolet paying us the transportation costs.
When we picked up the car after service the next day the same alert popped up and we had to bring the car back for a problem that was Chevrolet's fault.
Again, they did not agree to pay the transportation costs and there was still no replacement car.
This was the first and last time we purchased a car from Chevrolet. The after-sales service is terrible and even for recalled cars they do not provide the necessary service.
