Je tiens à souligner l’excellent service reçu jeudi dernier. Une jeune femme a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’une patience admirable avec mes trois enfants, qui prenaient leur temps pour choisir leurs bottes d’hiver. I came to buy shoes and when I entered no one said hello to me. The two women were at the counter chatting, I have nothing against chatting with colleagues at work, on the other hand if you want us to buy in your store it would be good if there was a minimum of service. When leaving, still no goodbye or even a look, so I preferred to give my money to another business.

I was served by a young Maïka who was very stupid and incompetent. She didn't offer help, didn't know how to answer my questions. My 3 year old daughter wanted to throw her little juice in a closed container 🧃 into the trash and she refused saying that her trash cans could not accommodate liquid and that I would have to leave the store to throw it away. Then she refused to let my 5 year old boy go to the toilet because he had a really sudden and urgent urge. She said she could call her manager and she would say the same thing, all after being very stupid. In short, a very unpleasant experience. I bought 4 pairs of the same shoes because with 2 children it's sometimes complicated to change stores when they are tired but I won't go back if it's still her who is there. Working in customer service is not for everyone.
They will probably copy and paste the text they put to all the other bad comments down here. Ridiculous. No need for anyone to answer me, just clean up the staff and attitudes!

I went there on March 29 in pm.
What bad service or rather what service??
No welcome, no help offered during the 15 minutes we were there and we were the only ones in the store. I shout to ask a question to the employee who acts as if we weren't there, she answers me without ever moving from her cash register (no customer yet)
We ended up finding a pair of children's shoes for 49.99. When we opened the box, a thread stuck out under the tongue of the shoe. I took it off and it started to tear a piece of the shoe. So in addition to the terrible service, the merchandise is also terrible.
Never again yellow for us.

If I could put 0 I would have put it! We often buy shoes at this store. We were going to buy winter boots for our 4 year old daughter. Who suddenly had a desire. There are no toilets for customers... Tell me have you... I even ask him for a little girl who won't hold back for long? She refers me to her manager who tells me there are no toilets??? We had to leave quickly to prevent her from urinating on their floor!!!! What a lack of judgment!!! We will not come back or refer this place again.

No service on Saturday afternoon. The two young employees too busy chatting near the cash register. Very disappointing. In addition, no possibility of going to the bathroom to empty the ordinary bladder not bad. Lucky me, there's a merchant in the same building who was human and let me go there. In short, we help ourselves and put back the stock as best we can! The employees must find their day long just talking!!!!

Terrible service, 3 young people at the entrance said hello only a lady at the back of the shop said hello to me (thanks to you). But I'm going elsewhere. You should find new staff or clean up this branch, we don't sell anything like that

Worst service ever! My 3 year old boy really needed to go to the toilet and the lady refused us access in a very stupid way, telling us that it is reserved for employees. It seems to me that exceptions can be made when it's a little one! That's what I call having a stone for your heart!Description of the employee: Older lady, short blond hair.

Nice shoes, but the service is terrible, two girls working and not even a hello when you walk in, they talked to themselves the whole time even while we were at the register to pay. Awkward atmosphere, yikes.

An EMBARRASSMENT to the Yellow brand.i bought a wrong pair of women's boots and wanted to exchange them for the correct pair 6minutes apart.they told me it was a final sale.we are in October they just started selling boots!?!I had to buy another pair to which they refused debit so I paid them cash.this location might be clean but lack customer service!
