C’est le pire des pharmaprix que je suis aller j’ai acheter une carte cadeau qui n’a pas fonctionné alors je suis retourné et ils ne mon pas remboursé car il ne mon pas crue avec plusieurs preuve .

Slow service, called to verify if my prescription was ready was put on hold multiple times for more than 10 minutes and no one picked up. Had to drive and take a chance , at least it was ready because a lot of times in the past my prescription was back ordered

Je prend un médicament en format stylo injectable… je demande une boîte à déchets Biohazard… le pharmacien ma dis qu’il en avait pas de faire le tours des pharmacies… Avec un bon conseil, mettez le dans un plat de plastique ?

The head pharmacist seems at the end of her life and her job! I'm not sure if she's disappointed to be in a Pharmaprix than to be in a hospital in the emergency room or just that she's depressed but has zero smiles and is as stupid as her two feet.

I called twice, different days, to transfer my file to this pharmacy and I was put on hold for over 15 minute's twice... I mean, what about when I will need to order my prescription, will I need to wait 5 days to get it... really not the best Pharmaprix aroundI called Jean coutu right beside and everything was completed in 5 minutes!
