Waiting for over 40+mins to talk to a bank teller. Male bank teller with pony tail walks out of work with a full line of clients to go smoke a cigarette and never came back leaving one bank teller female to take care of all the clients at RBC blainville. Making not only me wait but alot of their clients as well.

A girl alone at the counter. All employees still have dinner at 1:40 p.m. She serves us with a hat on her head (unheard of in financial services). To deposit a check it took just over an hour and a half. They had reopened an account that was closed and would not allow me to deposit to pay the fees. Duration of all these problems of 11 months with always more than 1 hour before I am served when I am first in line.

We were in a mortgage renewal file more than 3 months in advance and the mortgage advisor was not in charge, processed the file late and we now have an interest rate of 9.85% while waiting to go through. at the notary next Wednesday. Super complicated return call, we want to speak to the manager, branch director and that is not possible. Service 0/5. If I still had time, I would leave this bank with my 2 mortgages and other products.
Additionally, we had the exact same problem when renewing our other mortgage in March, but we gave it a chance. never again

Very bad service . Many times I went to see the branch manager and nobody is there .
I am really upset . I have to pay extra money as penalties and interest to Revenue Quebec just because of their mistakes
