“My husband’s Porsche Taycan ran out of battery, and My Jo arrived within 10 minutes. He towed the car to a charging station and stayed with my husband while they figured out how to charge a Taycan when the 12V battery is completely dead—which turned out to be a complicated process.
He went above and beyond, even finding a boost charger from a colleague to get the Porsche running and charging again. It was -14 degrees, and he stayed the entire time to help and make sure everything was taken care of.
