Pretty decent experience. I made a reservation several months in advance to be sure I had what I needed. Two days before the date of my reservation I was sent an email to say that ultimately the trailer will only be available in Boisbriand. I then call the Blainville branch and the guy on the phone is super nice. He explains to me that this can happen on certain occasions when the equipment is not available in a certain location. Okay, I'll move on, I'll go to Boisbriand. On the day I receive a call almost at the last minute to tell me that it will finally only be available in Terrebonne. While my reservation was made several months in advance to avoid this type of situation. It's stressful enough moving 3 hours away... it could have been avoided if it had been managed better.

0 Stars , If I could put -5 Stars I would !I can't believe how NOT organise this compagny is !I've reserved a trailer for moving from house to house with 6hrs drive between. 24hrs before they called me and told me that the trailer was at the adress I've reserved and everything was as planned.The next morning arround 10 or 12hrs before I go pick-up the trailer , they called me and told me that finally the trailer was not there and not available anymore !!! I had to leave the old home at midnight maximum that day.. Since I had 6hrs of driving to do, I've called to find another trailer in any city between the 2 adresses. I got flushed 2 times randomly... the 3rd time they finally told me that there's no other trailer or truck available for that short periode of time and that I should have reserved ealier ?!?!?!?!! ( For a total of 3h15mins on the phone ) Remember I had my reservation 1 month ago !!! NEVER AGAIN U-HAUL !!! I was already scared because all the pictures of damaged trailers on the road I saw before! I hope I can save you guys some trouble like I had.Québec / Canada.
