Waited more than 30 minutes, just for a poorly displayed and scanned price, the old lady at customer service absolutely did not want to give me the displayed price and what's more if she has no control to make a decision, why are we being sent to customer service. She called her supervisor several times just for $20. The supervisor didn't even show up until the end. It’s poorly done! On the other hand, the cashier who served us and Fatima were friendly.

A lot of people complain when the service isn't good, but to be fair I have to say tonight I had 5 star service. I was looking for an item in store that I couldn't find, the cashier (Alice) kindly offered to show me where it was located. Nowadays we don't expect much in big box stores, but there you go, some know how to provide courteous service with a smile. ??

Online pickup. 45 minute wait. By being the only vehicle in the parking lot. Online check in, after 25 mins I call pickup for 5 mins, no answer on phone. I call customer service, I wait another 10 minutes... The time continues, quite disappointing this big waste of time and money.
The OMNI employee offered good service, he said I didn't appear in the GIF and the phone didn't ring either.
Robotic calls are not the best solution.

You should tell your employees that parents don't need Walmart policies. We are at full intellectual capacity to know if we sit our baby in the top basket. It's ridiculous and insulting.

I was at store nr 1185 June 25/2024 at 14h11 again for the second time the lady in customer service desk by the name of Johanne, blonde hair always at customer service desk, very bad service, with attitude never smiles, since few months I made a complain on her seems that she'll never change. At the end I told her " merci et bonne soirée " she didn't answer back. I think customer service agent must be more respectful for clients and give the good service for clients.

If you want to be stared and examined by the doorman as a potential thief, go ahead and shop at this Walmart. Besides, one of our item was charged 3 dollars more than the tagged price, and I lives 1 hour away so clearly I’m not driving back just for that. Worst shopping experience at Walmart ever.

Hi I was at Walmart I bought a Roblox gift card 25$ I made the payment at one of the cashiers , I noticed 10 minutes later the gift card was already scratched, I went back 5 minutes later and the customer service told me there’s nothing they can do sorry , I told her it’s not my fault the card was already scratched , she says call Roblox , I said this unexceptable , you Walmart sells gift cards already scratched , I always shop there and I’m very angry because they fooled me and stole 25$ from me

Often missing products displayed on special in sections other than food. The display of prices is often inaccurate, complicated, or even non-existent. Otherwise, you can find good deals there and it's easy to navigate the store.
