PJC Jean Coutu provides generally good service. The prescription counter is always very busy, requiring planning, but access to the pharmacist is easy and the advice is sound. Staff provide extremely excellent and incredible service, noted as extremely efficient and amazing. One pharmacist gave very effective consultation and referral for a specialized medical issue, with efficient help that was positively noted. The service from staff in the Post Canada section is also highlighted for being excellent and efficient, even while training others.

I have been a pharmacy customer for around fifteen years but it is clear that the quality of the laboratory is in free fall. Frequent errors, overwhelmed staff, but most unpleasant, a text message informing us that prescriptions are ready is at best just a guess. Be prepared to wait here...
