No service, I have a missed purchase offer because of this bank.. I end my contract and I move to another bank... no service for me that means that they do not consider their customers.. .

Very rude staff that will treat you like you’re in the wrong or like you’re trying to trick them even if it’s Scotiabank’s mistake you’re there for. Have had multiple bad encounters here and so have people I know. Also the ABMs are out of order frequently. Do yourself a favour and go to Laval
