Super nice store. Unfortunately, I had to leave quickly: plug-in style odor diffuser which smells really too strong everywhere in the store. Instant headache. I pity the employees who have to endure this smell day after day. For this reason, I do not recommend going there.

Worst customer service that has ever happened to me. they do not provide refunds for unacceptable frivolous reasons. I bought a frame that no longer suited me after only a week, they refused to reimburse me simply because I didn't have the 4 cardboard corners!!!!!!!! Absurd right???? I went to another point of sale who gave me a refund with a big smile with a little subtle remark to always try to keep the 4 sides which protect the corners. So in the end, mediocre, sleazy and insane service (of course as long as there are kids at the checkout and a rude manager but who claims to respect the rules, that's the result!!!!!) To be avoided without mentioning the quality of their products which leaves something to be desired. Bouclair Adios!!!!

I went there recently to purchase a curtain. Service, price, quality were there. On the other hand, the scent diffuser in the store was atrociously too strong. This made me leave the store very quickly, without looking at anything else.

Lots of beautiful items but unable to stay in the store as the noise (especially the bass which seems to resonate in all the walls) is UNBEARABLE.

I bought a blind yesterday at the end of the day. When we opened it last night, we found that it was broken. The mechanism to open it was in 2 pieces and some elements were missing to install it.I went back to the store this morning so I could exchange it for one that is functional.The employee told me that it was impossible for a blind to be broken... That it had never happened to them. I asked to speak with the manager and after a few moments, I was told that she was too busy to come talk to me and that the manager would tell me the same thing anyway. No one opened the box to check the problem.I was told that I had to leave with a defective product for which I paid $170. The attitude of the employee was also very unpleasant.Very poor service.
