Very well stocked and not as crowded as the laval location. The layout is different from Laval Costco but you get used to it, friendly and cleaner!

Lost and disorganized, made sure to call ahead of time and was confirmed they had multiple stock of an item, showed up and they told me they couldn’t find the stock… told me “oh well better luck next time”, unreal

Don’t let them pack your groceries, obviously lacking training. They turned things upside down, caused leaking on other articles, etc. Not the first time this has happened. I don’t blame the young workers but rather management that obviously hasn’t bothered to train them ?

When you enter the door, they ask you for your black card. They also look at the checkout when paying at the cashier. No, if you are paying with your spouse's black customer card, you are definitely not accepted. You have to call your husband to pay if he is not with you when you are paying . Why would I buy two cards as a family? Checking is not finished,they stop you on your way out and look at your shopping cart with your receipt. They make you feel like you are a potential thief until you walk through the door and out. And at that moment, all you get is some fish, cheese and mushrooms… You should be ashamed of this cruelty to the customer.

In summer vacation times there are not long line ups.We got a few hundred dollars coupon from a vacation package booked through Costco Travel, the coupon was sent the last day of the vacation, very useful to restock after vacations

I am not a fan of Costco in general: The fact that you can only pay with debit card or MasterCard, people checking your receipt like you are some kind of thief, and the prices that are not that great compared to Maxi.

They admit to not verifying what type of car comes in at scheduled appointments, even if it is specified in the booking. They do not service all makes and will tell you when you are coming to the appointment instead, making you waste time. Staff was unaware and only the mechanic seem to know this. Unfortunate

Terrible Costco location, extremely racist and unrespectful staff. Never in my whole time in Canada I've been treated with this amount of contempt, from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left. Only come here if you are a white french speaker, otherwise avoid at all cost.

Went on a saturday afternoon so it was BUSY. We almost gave up on going in since there wasn't much we needed, but since we were there, why not at least go inside and check it out? It was crowded but it was still a good experience, had everything we were looking for (minus one small thing, protein pancake mix) but the best thing is that lines were super quick! There was an employee directing people to smaller lines and employees at the checkout counter were super quick so that was great. A+ to the staff!

The checkout team at this Costco is quicker than I have experienced at other Costco locations. The parking lot was almost at capacity (it was before 1:00 pm on a work day!), but we waited less than 10 minutes to check our 2 shopping carts. Impressive.

Worst Costco experience I have ever had. I was terrised by an attendent named Diana (Costco Employee) she refused to let me use the QR Code on my Costco mobile app. She canceled my order at self-checkout and said I could not use my phone. Ok, no problem, I used my black executive card, which Diana said no, and took away my item. Great, I asked if she spoke english as I do not understand or speak french she said no and refused to let me go through the cash. I spoke with her manager, who said Diana has had many issues like this. I believe she was discriminating against me due to my language as members before and after using their mobile QR codes. I would not recommend this store if you do not speak french.
