IGA has been administering very poorly since they changed the administration. Indeed, cashiers are cheeky and rude to customers and prices rise. In short, deplorable service overall. I wouldn't go back there.

Very rude staff...I went to purchase tomatoes on special, the price was wrong on shelf and when I advised the cashier(an old lady, don't know her name) asked to return the items she repeatedly said "oh I don't think so, I don't think the price is wrong", but she refused to show her the price tag.

The reason why this IGA (boul. des Entreprise in Boisbriand) changed administration does not concern me. But if your goal is to change the banner to make this place a giant-sized “convenience store”… you’re off to a good start. If you continue to let the shelves go empty, it will end up looking like a convenience store.Here are 2 small examples:1) 2-3 weeks ago there was no ground beef on the display, no container, so 2 days later I asked a supervisor who didn't know it was missing, the next day there was some had.2) I buy Nestlé Pure Life sparkling water weekly, but it hasn't been available for over a month. Don't tell me you no longer have this brand, the hole in the shelf is empty and I buy it at the IGA in Ste-Thérèse.Can we believe that in 2024, in this period, where the big brands are reaping enormous profits, can run out of ground beef for 2 days, and it would have been more if a customer (me) had not woken up someone A !Soon I will have to choose, stay with you or change my diet. More than ever this phrase takes on its meaning: “Why make it simple when you can make it complicated”!! Perhaps you take us for granted, a dissatisfied customer of a new failing administration...

Good Service when it comes to Dessert, look carefully at the Date because often you buy cakes and the freshness leaves much to be desired.

I think it will close or rebrand. Too many reasons to be angry while grocery shopping: the prices arent even trying to be competitive….. 25%-50% more than the aame day price of local stores. The marketing trickery is extreme….. ie shrinkflation of KD. Notice the weight. There were 6 clients in there before 6pm. It was empty. If I ran the store I would abandon the chain and go independant. There is no way they are profitable without underworld money laundering at this rate.

Very bad service being with reduced mobility I needed help to pack my items, with only one hand really not easy, the cashier looked at me when I asked her why she couldn't pack her answer: It depends on the time. It's over, I will never return to this IGA againSeriously, this is unacceptable.

I showed up at Iga Sobbeys, I've been at this establishment for several Foix, I had to wait more than 20 minutes at the ready-to-eat counter, after 2 calls on the intercom and an employee who told me fortunately served with a smile thank goodness ? ready to eat, it is now 5:58 p.m. and the clerk who finally arrives (william) tells me that he is starting the task, I'm sorry but this ready to eat clearly lacks very good management, don't waste your time at this iga it's always empty at the ready-to-eat counter the chickens in party, it's not normal that during rush hour you run out of ready-to-eat and there are none just not cooking...
