I don't understand what this store is for. Why isn't there a real IKEA on the North Shore? There is one in Brossard where the population is smaller. There is one in Quebec where the population is even smaller. In total there are a good 1.5 million people on the North Shore. Incoherent.

C'est un super endroit pour planifier sa cuisine, sa vanité de salle de bain et son PAX. C'est simple et efficace puisqu'il suffit de prendre rendez-vous et d'apporter ses mesures. Ce n'est pas du sur-mesure chez IKEA, mais ils ont des structures de base qui répondent à nos besoins. Les employés sont efficaces pour répondre à nos questions. Une très belle expérience !!!

Went in to book an appointment waited around 45 minutes for someone to assist us just for the booking. Got our appointment booked only for it to be canceled 2 hours due to lack of payment eventhough we couldn't make the payment in store and were going to pay it as soon as we got home. Customer service was of no help either.

Finally I think I understand the people who left a bad comment. I haven't even started the order and the experience with their unqualified employees is frustrating.. I will consider an alternative to deal with my installer and his supplier for the counter and go get the same kitchen made by an independent local kitchen designer with their measurements for a small difference which will save me all the delays, lies, errors and after-sales problems with IKEA Boisbriand. They should not have opened this branch, because the lack of skills of their employees gives a negative effect

We planned our kitchen and so far so good. We requested installation and the employee told us that our kitchen would be installed on June 30 and that the company would contact us. I returned since I had no news from the said company and the employee never made the request for the installation. So I find myself without a kitchen until the beginning of August. Extremely disappointed.

For our kitchen renovation, we brought in an Ikea designer who took the measurements and made an initial plan. Subsequently, we booked 2 meetings with Marleny at Ikea Boisbriand to finalize the plans and the order. We received our order even though a few cabinets were missing that we picked up from Ikea Cavendish. Our experience was satisfactory and our kitchen is beautiful and functional. Thanks again to Marleny!

Terrible experience planning and purchasing a kitchen. Organization of employee schedules does not take into account that we have planned purchased / organized / delivered and finalized everything in the same visit. The manager in Boisbriand doesn’t care. She sends her employees out with other clients without worrying at all. Sad. With a few thousand dollars spent we are left to our own devices with IKea customer service online! Welcome 2024!

Service de planification est intéressant, le rendez-vous est un must. Ce centre n'est pas un magasin donc faut avoir les attentes en conséquence. Malheureusement comme d'habitude avec IKEA impossible de pas avoir des backorder ou de se faire tout livrer en un coup et éviter le magasin. Ca reste quand même très utile comme succursale pour éviter la cohue.

Complicated, customer service Erneet: understands me but does not act. All this for $45 when you just spent several thousand dollars on a kitchen. In addition, Ikea is not aware that the displayed price must be honored...after 2 refusals, the manager came back and said to me: you are right ma'am but was unable to change the prices in the system. They tell me: we are a creation center, not a store and we are not responsible for the prices: however the law is clear and the price was displayed. Had to cancel the plan fees but finally I received a notice that if I don't pay, I won't receive my kitchen, yet this amount had to be credited when we placed our order. Sent an email to the person with whom I shot the plans, she had to modify the plans...no sound and when I arrived: nothing had been done.
